1. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

If you’d like us to ship to your country or region, please send us a message with your request. We may be able to expand our shipping locations based on demand.

2. Can you send the collar with the ID tag already attached?

Yes! We will send the collar you selected with the ID tag and the information you provided already in place.
It will be ready for you to put on your pet so they can look spectacular right away.

3. Can I swap the decorative charm for a different one I liked?

Absolutely! We customize all our collars.
Just leave us a message when placing your order, and if the accessory you want is available, we’ll gladly make the change for you.

4. Are your collars only for dogs?

No, we also make collars for cats.
If you like a model that’s listed as a dog collar, simply let us know during checkout that it’s for your cat, and we’ll adapt it at no additional cost.

5. How do I know what collar size my pet needs?

You’ll find all the information you need in our Size Guide, located just below the size selection area.

We explain that there’s no universal collar size, so it’s important to measure your dog’s neck using a soft tape measure or a piece of string (then measure that with a ruler).

Make sure you leave enough space to slide two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck.
We also include step-by-step images to help you measure correctly.
